Fictionista Workshop is a community for writers, editors, readers, and critics of the written word. Given the nature of our mutual interests, we understand that the transmission of confidential information in various forms may be exchanged on this site. Fictionista Workshop respects your right to the privacy with the personal information you provide us.

At no time will Fictionista Workshop disclose or share your information with third parties; however, other members will be privy to details that you disclose. Fictionista Workshop is a community—therefore, we respectfully encourage all members to use discretion with other members when sharing personal information.

Personal Privacy

Fictionista Workshop understands that writing, editing and reading can be a personal exercise; therefore, we uphold your right to confidential participation within your community. We will always protect your right to confidential membership.

At no time will Fictionista Workshop disclose your account information without your prior permisson unless required to do so by law. Any member will receive prior written notification unless Fictionista Workshop is prohibited from doing so by local, state, or federal law. Fictionista Workshop cannot be held responsible for information you choose to relay in a venue designed for community participation; however, we encourage all members to use discretion in relaying personal details or demographic information.

Whether in the writing, editing, critiquing, or contribution realms, all Fictionista Workshop contributors are required to comply with our privacy policy prior to entering the workshop.

Account Termination

If you would like to end your membership and to delete any of your personal data, you can close your account and request data removal from fictionistawksp@gmail.com. You may found out more by reviewing our Terms of Service.

Security

We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information. We require members to identify themselves via a unique username and password to access their personal information.

Changes to this Policy

From time to time, we may alter this privacy policy if required to do so. Any changes will be made in accordance with our commitment to create and maintain a confidential, user-friendly, community-driven environment for all members.
